The time period of 30 days is allotted from the date of raising the dispute by any of the parties to resolve the issue amicably. If parties are unable to resolve the issue then the route of arbitration is adopted.
Arbitration: When the dispute is not resolved through mediation, it is referred for arbitration in which an arbitrator is appointed by Solar with Yash, and the verdict passed by the assigned arbitrator will be valid and bind to both parties. The parties shall bear their own cost of proceedings till the matter or dispute is resolved.
Solar with Yash can review and amend its privacy policy at any time at its sole discretion. The clients & visitors are advised to visit the privacy policy from time to time.
